PHASE 1: DESIGN
To begin the production process the very best of our designers work with colour and form to give life to objects through aethetics with losing site of functionality and ergonomics.

PHASE 2: ROTATION MOULDING
This technique, that enables the creation of the most complex shapes, works by movement of the mould on two axis, the primary in a fixed direction and the secondary in a variable direction.
Due to the dual movement the polymer reaches all surfaces within the mould which, once heated in the kiln at a temperature of 250°C, melts the polymer allowing it to stick covering the entire mould. In doing this, layer upon layer of polymer becomes one final piece.

PHASE 3: COLOURING
This last phase allows unlimited scope of colours and finishes including lacquering, metallic lacquering and touch lacquering (the last two available only upon request for V.I.P. version).
All phases of our production take place in our factories in Italy, then the products are ready to be packed and shipped around the world.
