Dott. Umberto Cornaglia – Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Umberto, an economics graduate, joined the family business in the 1970s, starting to deal with industrial accounting, the introduction of information systems and the management of human resources. The creation of an organized and unified corporate structure is a result of brought by him, as well as the restructuring of the factories and the rationalization of the production sites. Dr. Umberto is extremely careful in management and skilled in communicating clear objectives to his collaborators. He feels the need to plan, to have an idea of the future development of the company. This is why he works with ISVOR on the definition of a strategic plan and promotes internal studies at the Research Center to try and outline the technological evolution of the automotive industry. His vision is directed towards the automotive technological niches that cannot be controlled by anyone other than the medium/small company. He has a passion for his work and a multi-sector business vision.
